STATEMENT
New warehouse development being delivered on a fast-track construction programme for our valued client. The development will provide a mixture of warehouse and commercial office space for the tenants. Construction works are estimated to take 9 months in total.
DMC were appointed as PM and QS for this development and oversaw the scheme through detailed design, tender and construction stages.
