Joe is the Chief Executive Officer of Duke McCaffrey and is an energetic, hands on, self-motivated professional Chartered M&E Quantity Surveyor with specific expertise in the cost management of mechanical and electrical services on technically challenging projects in Data Centre, Hotel and Leisure, large scale residential and office fit out projects across Ireland, UK and Europe with values of €500k to €300m+.

As Co-Founder/Consultant of Duke McCaffrey, Kevin has been involved in the construction industry since 1990 and has extensive experience in all aspects of the cost control, administration and management of construction projects. Kevin has been involved in the tendering in excess of €300m of projects in 2021 and 2022 across both public and private sectors using a variety of procurement routes.

Mark is Joint Managing Director at Duke McCaffrey and also an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a detailed knowledge of the construction industry across various sectors.

Mark having previously worked in development funding, manages several large asset portfolios totalling €300-400m along with managing a number of large development projects across Ireland.

Ronan joined Duke McCaffrey Consulting in mid-2016 as a Senior Cost Manager and was promoted to Director in January 2020. He has experience in all aspects of Quantity Surveying from project brief development through tender and construction to final account stage across a wide range of industry sectors.

Ian joined Duke McCaffrey in 2017 as Senior Project Manager and was promoted to Director in 2022. He leads the Project Management team and plays a key role in delivery quality and output deliverables for all Clients. Ian has been involved in the construction industry since 2003 and has been involved in complex construction and engineering projects throughout various market sectors and is used to working on complex multi phased projects. Ian has worked on projects ranging in value from €250k to €50m+.
Rebecca Coffey, DMC Duke McCaffrey

Rebecca Coffey

Bids and Marketing Director
Rebecca is an important member of our team. Rebecca provides hands-on support to the whole team from preparing and producing client reports to supporting our marketing strategy. Rebecca has been a member of the Duke McCaffrey team from 2018 and is often the first port of call for our clients.
