Hybrid working, CatA+, fully serviced offices, ESG, WELL-buildings. All familiar terms but what does the future hold for landlord and tenant?

So much has changed in the past three years. Office accommodation and the way it is delivered to the tenant has been the one sector that has received the biggest impact. Largely driven by Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Ireland has had tremendous success in attracting and retain foreign investors. Around one-third of investment spend in 2021 was in the office market and with over €1.5bn it was the second largest in the commercial sector over the last six years.
