Ravi joined Duke McCaffrey in late 2023 as Lead Pre-Construction Manager. He has extensive experience in all aspects of construction starting from Design Management, Cost and Project Management in the USA market from design, pre-construction through project bidding and construction to project close-out across various industry sectors. He holds a BE in Civil Engineering from RVCE, Bangalore University, India and a MS in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, New Jersey.

Ravi possesses a diverse skill set that encompasses design management, pre-construction services (from conceptual budgeting and DD budget to GMP budget), and value engineering. His expertise extends to bidding, levelling, contract negotiation, and procurement strategies. Additionally, he excels in project cost control, change management, contract management, as well as project and schedule management.

Ravi is currently involved in numerous projects across the Americas and will be responsible for targeting new business in the region.
