John Creegan

John joined Duke McCaffrey in 2023 as a Project Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the Institute of Technology Athlone (2018) and a Master’s in Science in Construction Project Management from the South East Technology University (2023). Specialising in Construction, Structural, and Architectural elements, John has substantial experience in client-side project management for developers, data centre operators, and local authorities. His key projects include the Global Switch Data Centre in Frankfurt South, EngineNode DC1, and Digital Reality DUB11 in Clonshaugh. John’s expertise and structured approach make him a valuable asset to the Duke McCaffrey team.
